The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, with black granite worktops and splashbacks, electric stove and stainless steel fittings. It is rather new, being completed in April 2006.

The apartment area is approxmiately 55sqm and has a balcony (with an additional 14 sqm) that overlooks the estuary.

During festivities (usually New Year's Eve & Australia Day Eve), you can view the fireworks at the Mandurah foreshore from the balcony.
